Healthy Happy Hub

Our trip to the Seattle Doctor was successful! He had blood work done while we were there and found out that he has a huge deficiency in Vitamin D. Vitamin D is very important for bone and muscle health so the doctor put Brian on a really super high dose of Vitamin D.

Recently: we have found that Brian is not hurting nearly as bad, he is sleeping better at night and doesn't feel exhausted all day long while he works!!

Needless to say we are very excited about this out come and that such a bad thing has been (hopefully) fixed with a simple vitamin pill taken twice a week! After this prescription is done he has to get his blood drawn again to see how his levels are doing, but we think they will be good. :)

We are both Happy that he is Healthy! :)

Short Trip

So two weeks ago Brian and I had a little adventure. We flew to Seattle Washington for not even a whole day and back to Alaska. Most of you would think that that wasn't a very smart decision but we had a purpose. Brian has had arthritis like symptoms and no doctor here can find out what is wrong with him because it is clearly, through x-rays, not affecting his joints. SO .... we went to Seattle, (after being told by an Alaska doctor to leave the state for medical care), to try and get some help. All that was done was more tests and more question marks on whats going on.

Anyways... we got to go to a dock on an inlet by Seattle and saw the ocean. That was the highlight of the trip. Seattle is beautiful when it's not raining, that's for sure.
We enjoyed the trip and to all our Seattle going family, We sincerely apologize for not being able to stop by and visit. The very short trip didn't leave us with much time. We love you all though and hope to see you our next visit there :)

A Conversation I had with my Husband last night....

Me: "You're Cute"
Brian: "Really? No, you're the cute one."

Me: "haha You're funny."

Brian: No serious I have been just watching you work

lately and can't help but think how cute you are and how lucky I am."

I can't believe I married a man that thinks he is the lucky one just as much as I KNOW I am the Lucky one!

I am blessed....<3>

Spoiled...

So I have to say that Brian and I have been extremely spoiled. Since we have been married we have been able to spend almost everyday all day together. There have been times when I haven't seen him all day but its so few I can count them on one hand. This is such a blessing to me, but now when I have to leave him for a couple hours or if I fall asleep with out him (like last night for the first time ever) I become sad. I know it is not a big deal at all but because we have been so blessed to be together almost constantly I hate any second I have to be away from him.

Thank you Heavenly Father for Spoiling us!

6 Months..The beginning of Forever.

Today is Brian and I's 6 month Anniversary since we were married. It is amazing how time fly's by so quickly and yet it feels like we have known each other forever.

I am truly honored to be Mrs. Brian Baker.

We have had 6 Months of Bliss and are looking forward to Eternity! <3
